Our work with those we serve and with each other is actively guided by the following principles. These core values serve as criteria for decision-making and we consistently uphold these standards:
Accountability/Responsibility: We are committed to delivering on promises and acknowledging responsibility for the outcomes of our actions. We have trust in our processes, leadership and teammates and count on each other to get things done. We believe in being accountable to the communities and nations we work with and within. Last, we believe in being accountable to the environment and being good environmental stewards in a manner that reflects indigenous values.
Professionalism: We are committed to fostering the traits that make our people and our companies exceptional. We are consistently respectful, reliable, and competent. Integrity, safety, and quality are fundamental to who we are and how we do things.
Community: People in our communities and Nations matter to one another as we are all part of something greater than ourselves. We impact communities where we serve, work, and live. We have strong inter-company support systemsand invest in building our people’s capacities and wellbeing.
Our clients are our partners and are treated as such. We continuously evaluate and improve our sales, marketing, and branding strategies. We identify and develop new lines of business-based on consumer needs and our experience. We work to increase our market share through ongoing competitor analysis and forging robust business partnerships.
